Didi Wong:
Hi. Everyone in here. Anyway, I’ll show you some videos of the food when it comes out. Having the best time in Egypt. So we’re here at a very local café restaurant in Cairo, Egypt. And Medhat here, who’s my guide from Have Fun in Egypt, has taken me here where there’s not one tourist here. And he’s showing me this very popular dish called Koshari. And I’m going to follow his instructions on how to do this, and I’m going to tell you how good it is. Okay? Let’s go.

Okay, I forgot to tell you what is in this Koshari dish. There are two types of pasta, a spaghetti-looking pasta, there’s pasta that looks like macaroni, there are lentils, there’s tomato base, like a salsa, there are chickpeas, which is the protein part of the dish, and lemon, and garlic. Of course, we have to have garlic. It’s really good and it’s definitely filling. Yum.

Medhat:

Medhat:

Didi Wong:
Oh, lemon. Okay, come show here. Lemon. Okay.

Medhat:

Didi Wong:
One more? No, I think one is enough. Okay. And then I’ll stir it.

Medhat:

Didi Wong:
